Bergen, from the top of Fløyen!
Hmm, is it just me or does Bergen appear rather grey and rainy? Isn’t this August? What?! Bergen had better weather this winter in January, check it out here.
My good friend Scott, from the days of university, came out to join me for our own mini, epic adventure through Norway. We both landed in Bergen (which BGO airport has 2 hours of free wi-fi if you have a mobile number!) and were ready for our 9-day journey!
Stop #1, Bergen: Time to take to the streets, explore the castle ruins, check out a yoga studio, taste test at the market, etc.!
Lesson learned: Though it is the summer, that doesn’t mean anything for sunny, warm weather in the rainiest city of Norway.
